Viva Italia! We are out of the French cooking classes and we begin Italian style cooking. Today we learn to make fresh pasta for lasagna. We also learn to make pumpkin ravioli and potato gnocchi. Details of the class and ease of this entire procedure will be posted later. Making fresh pasta is something I have always wanted to learn and I hope that it is easier than I imagine it to be. Italians have been doing it for centuries with their bare hands and a rolling pin! It must be easier now a days with all the fancy rolling machinery. Stay tuned…
