		<description>I reckon the main reason you don&#039;t find many salmon recipes is the fact that it&#039; so over fished that chefs are trying to protect the species by taking the pressure off it. The only affordable salmon is now farmed salmon and even that is taking some controversy.</description>

I&#039;m from Bologna, i&#039;d like to tell two things: for their inhabitants, the Emilia Romagna is located in North italy (not Central Italy that begin whit Toscana and Marche), and Bologna is also famous for the &quot;the 3 T&quot;: torri, tette tortellini! (towers, tits and tortellini!), this is because due the other reputation that we have (the fat one), apparently the women of Bologna aren&#039;t skinny! :-)
